How It Works
- Study the complete prep set. Get Alan Wen’s three books — California Real Estate Principles, Practice, and Finance — written by a working broker and built to cover the full California DRE Salesperson exam.
- Pass the California DRE Salesperson exam. Prepare with the set, then register, schedule, and sit your exam directly through the California DRE. (We give you the tools; exam administration and fees are handled by the DRE.)
- Associate your license with Golden Gate. Once you hold a valid California salesperson license, go to dre.ca.gov, search for our brokerage “Golden Gate Realty & Finance Inc.”, and submit your license-association request through the DRE portal.
- Upload your invoice & claim your Launch perks. Upload your book purchase invoice in the form below so we can confirm you came through the Launch Program and activate your benefits.
